Our early-ripening Pinot Noir Précoce naturally leans deeper and more intense, so we’ve let that character shine. With shorter extraction and a stainless steel ferment and maturation, it’s all about purity and precision.
Made with 30% whole-bunch fruit, it was gently fermented on skins for 10 days, then rested in stainless steel for eight months. No additions, no sulphur — just a pure, honest expression of the fruit.
Expect wild bramble and sweet black cherry on the nose, a soft, supple palate, and the gentlest tannins with a moreish finish.
