With a carefully selected parcel of Bacchus, split between stainless steel and four months in new Burgundian oak. Released earlier than typical, this wine showcases vibrant primary aromas alongside well-developed structure. Quince, honeysuckle, and subtle vanilla notes create a wine of unexpected body and complexity, finishing with a whisper of oak and lingering elegance. A milestone vintage for the vineyard and a distinctive expression of our terroir.
